Delivery Time
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping will take place within a maximum of ten (10) working days after receipt of payment.
In the case of personal delivery, the delivery date will be agreed individually.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Canada), customs duties, import charges or other taxes may apply.
These costs are to be borne by the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs.
Prices and Value Added Tax
All prices are inclusive of the statutory value added tax, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Packaging & Transport Damage
We place the highest value on secure and professional packaging of our artworks as well as on working with professional shipping service providers.
Should an artwork nevertheless arrive visibly damaged, we recommend not accepting the package if possible and informing the delivery service provider directly of the damage.
This has no effect on your statutory warranty rights.
