21.11.2026 | 14:00 - Apfelstrudel workshop
TAX INCLUDED.
As part of our group exhibition What Can Six Apples Not Be?, we're hosting a hands-on apple strudel workshop with artist Emma Peinhopf and her father, Erich Peinhopf.
Emma is one of the artists featured in the exhibition, while her father Erich is a chef who knows a thing or two about making a really good traditional Austrian apple strudel, complete with thin, hand-stretched pastry.
Working in a small group, we'll make everything from scratch: preparing the apple filling, learning how to stretch the dough until it's paper-thin, and rolling and baking our own strudel. Emma and Erich will guide us through each step, sharing their tips and tricks along the way.
And of course, we'll finish by enjoying our freshly baked apple strudel together in the gallery.
All ingredients, apple strudel tasting and drinks included.
Limited spots.
Workshop language: German.
